The court has determined that the Kennel Club is obliged when issuing pedigree certificates to verify that both parent animals of brachycephalic breeds meet the <strong>enforcement criteria from the policy rule on brachycephalic dogs<\/strong>. Without a veterinary certificate or petscan form confirming this, <strong>Nothing<\/strong> family trees are increasingly issued.<\/p><p>Foundation Keep Short-Nosed Breeds Going (St.KBB) <strong>regrets<\/strong> that this statement means that by now <strong>25<\/strong> breeds with a <strong>Seal hunting ban<\/strong> This has implications for breeders and enthusiasts alike who do not meet the criteria. This deeply affects breeders and enthusiasts.<\/p><h4>But our struggle is far from over <em>not<\/em> fought.<\/h4><p>St.KBB continues with full force <strong>bet<\/strong> for the benefit of responsible breeders and healthy, social brachycephalic breeds. We remain of the opinion that the <strong>BOAS method<\/strong> \u2013 which looks at functional breathing under stress \u2013 is a more reliable and fairer approach than the current CFR criteria, which are based solely on external characteristics.<\/p><p>What now?<br \/>The expansion to 25 races underlines that this is no longer a marginal issue, but a <strong>structural issue<\/strong>. St.KBB is working hard on a well-founded and solution-oriented alternative. <br \/>Our commitment: <strong>a breeding policy that prioritises animal welfare, but also recognises what works \u2014 and what is wrongly excluded<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Keep believing in the future of the snub-nosed.<br \/>Change takes time, but hope is our engine. According to St. KBB, these developments were unfairly highlighted in the broadcast.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">We believe in a <strong>Constructive dialogue<\/strong>, based on facts and mutual understanding. However, this kind of one-sided reporting hinders the finding of joint solutions.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">St. KBB hereby calls on all animal lovers in the Netherlands to unite and collectively make their voice heard against unsubstantiated perceptions and the spread of incorrect information.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The foundation aims to through <strong>Dialogue and cooperation<\/strong> met Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature (LVVN) Femke Wiersma to realise amendments to the Animal Welfare Act, which both guarantee animal welfare and acknowledge the passion and commitment of responsible breeders, growers and enthusiasts.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b060581
